Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse for our Emergency Room team. Duties

Assess and triage patients presenting to the Emergency Room, prioritizing care based on severity of conditions.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Monitor patients' vital signs and respond promptly to changes in their condition.
Provide airway management and support for patients requiring respiratory assistance.
Document all patient interactions accurately in medical records while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Educate patients and their families on health management, including health coaching techniques.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the department.

Requirements

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Experience in an Emergency Room or critical care setting preferred.
Knowledge of physiology, pediatrics, and tube feeding techniques is highly desirable.
Familiarity with ophthalmology practices and ambulatory surgery centers is a plus.
Strong understanding of medical records management and HIPAA compliance.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the department.

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Radiologic Technologist to join our healthcare team to work PRN or as needed. The position will include weekends and on-call for coverage after hours. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures, ensuring patient safety, and providing high-quality images for accurate diagnosis. This role requires a strong understanding of medical imaging technologies and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, such as an emergency room setting.

Duties

Perform various imaging procedures including X-ray and CT scans. Certified sonogram a plus but not required.
Utilize aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment during procedures.
Collaborate with physicians to determine the appropriate diagnostic evaluation based on patient needs.
Ensure proper positioning of patients to obtain optimal images while minimizing exposure to radiation.
Maintain knowledge of anatomy and physiology to assist in accurate imaging and diagnosis.
Operate imaging equipment safely and effectively while adhering to established protocols.
Document patient information and imaging results accurately in medical records.
Assist in the training of new staff or students in diagnostic radiology techniques as needed.
Participate in quality assurance programs and maintain compliance with safety regulations.

Experience
Candidates should possess experience in the following areas:
